What kind of projects can I sponsor?
People Who Care help many different populations in the Perth metropolitan area. An organisation may choose to sponsor one of these groups. For example:
- People who are aged
- People who have disability
- Power a Pensioner supporting older Australians in financial hardship
- Starting Over Support for families starting over following domestic violence or disruption
- People who are socially isolated
In this situation a business may choose to help financially, with goods or services, through corporate volunteering or any combination of these over a period of 6 or 12 months, forging a strong partnership with a deep understanding of the issues that people may be facing and the programmes in place to assist them.

People Who Care is a not-for-profit volunteer service provider established in 1980, providing volunteer support to people in need, whether they are frail aged, have disability or are in financial or social hardship with little family or community support.
Our vision is to build resilient communities through the engagement of willing volunteers, helping others in need. We do this by providing practical support to people, such as home maintenance, gardening, transport and social and community participation.
