Alden is a consultant with over 25 years of project and program leadership experience.  Focused on improving businesses operations through digital transformation, spatial strategies and solutions that support intelligence in decision-making and fostering business innovation.  His experience spans various sectors including resources, government, infrastructure, not for profit, and agribusiness.

Having worked in Southeast Asia, North America, Australasia, and the Middle East, Alden has a keen interest in diversity and cultural awareness and is passionate about building inclusive leadership and building better communities across WA.

Alden holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) and a Graduate Diploma in Business.  He is an alumnus of the PMI Leadership Institute Masterclass (2011) and Leadership WA Signature Program (2017).
