Melissa is our People and Culture Manager, providing leadership to support our culture of care, quality and continuous improvement initiatives. Melissa oversees the organisation’s workforce needs and supports us through the implementation of effective policies, strategies and processes.
Melissa has worked extensively within the aged care, not for profit and government sectors, primarily within Human Resources, Recruitment and Learning Development roles. Melissa commenced her career as a Teacher, moving from classroom teaching to roles supporting socially and economically disadvantaged adults. She has a passion for advocacy and working with others for community benefit.
